If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with the KETTENBACH product which you purchased, you may return that product within 30 calendar days after the date of the invoice for a full refund provided that you comply with all of the following steps:
STANDARD RETURN POLICY
For products received by KETTENBACH which do not qualify for the 30-day money-back guaranty, KETTENBACH will issue a refund only if the products are in a resellable condition and have not been opened. KETTENBACH reserves the right to determine whether the product is in a resellable condition. Such refunds are subject to a restocking fee equal to 15% of the purchase price which will be automatically deducted from the refund. KETTENBACH will not reimburse the costs of shipping. You must contact KETTENBACH at 1-877-532-2123or custservice@kettenbachusa.com and receive a return authorization number prior to returning the product to KETTENBACH.
