Cancellation and Shipment Notice: As part of our subscription service, an email notification will be sent to you 3 days prior to each scheduled shipment. This email will contain details about the upcoming shipment, including the products to be shipped and the total amount to be charged. If you wish to cancel the shipment, you must do so by following the instructions provided in the email before the shipment is processed.
Billing: Your credit card on file will be charged automatically at the time of shipping. Please ensure that your payment information is up to date to avoid any interruptions in service. If your payment method is declined, we will notify you via email, and you will have 48 hours to update your payment information.
Subscription Discount: As a subscriber, you will receive an additional 5% discount on top of any applicable volume-based pricing. This discount will be automatically applied to your orders, providing you with further savings on each shipment.
Shipment Delays and Cancellations: We strive to fulfill all subscription shipments as scheduled. However, in the event that stock is unavailable, we may delay or cancel your shipment. If this occurs, our staff will contact you with information about the delay or cancellation and provide you with options for proceeding with your subscription.
